Job Description:

Job Duties:

Design, develop, and implement database architectures, data warehouses,

data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and user

reporting solutions using Business Intelligence (BI) analytical and ETL

tools based upon business requirement and content knowledge. Develop

reliable and complex ETL processes and BI solutions to support new

development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and other BI

projects. Perform technology needs assessments and evaluate solution

options. Perform interface analysis at the detail level. Document

requirements and negotiate commitments. Apply principles of database

methodology, data analysis, advanced SQL queries, ETL, business

intelligence applications and full Software Development Lifecycle

(SDLC). Develop new analytical dashboards and reports. Represent large,

complex sets of data through visual representation per business

requirements to enable and assist Managers/Executives in their business

decisions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science

or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a

Programmer Analyst working on BI Reports development using BI Analytical

and Visualization tools, PL/SQL, and Informatica ETL Development.

Experience must include:

Implementing new business technology intelligence and data warehouse

requirements through the use of SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, Business Intelligence,

database programming, and reporting tools; developing optimized database

design by tuning Views, Materialized views, Tables and using indexing

techniques for performance improvement of SQL queries on Oracle

databases, SQL, and Oracle 12c; utilizing strategic solution approaches

from prospecting through closure and translating functional requirements

into conceptual and physical data models using data modeling tools such

as ER Studio; and supporting the design, development, and deployment of

Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Marts and BI solutions using

Informatica for ETL Development and BI tools such as OBIEE and Tableau

for analytical solutions.
