Key Responsibilities
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to resolve
patient account inquiries and secure payments
Negotiate and facilitate payment of outstanding patient accounts
while maintaining patient satisfaction
Document collection efforts and research payment options while
ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 5 years' experience in a related role
Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement
process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of
urgency
