Job Description:
A company is looking for a 2nd Lien / Agency Underwriter who
will analyze the risk and compliance of residential mortgage loan
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Complete thorough analysis of loan applications and documentation
to ensure compliance with guidelines
Review resubmitted documentation and issue final loan decisions as
necessary
Respond to loan audits and maintain current knowledge of investor
guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years recent experience underwriting credit and collateral to
guidelines
Current experience in an Underwriter position analyzing Agency and
CES / HELOC Loans
Intermediate level of computer skills in a Windows environment
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
