Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outreach & Engagement Specialist to
support patient engagement with their health app.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to patients through various communication
channels to encourage app engagement
Provide clear instructions and personalized support to patients on
using the app effectively
Document interactions accurately and maintain adherence to HIPAA
compliance during communications
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in technology for remote support and virtual
communication platforms
3-4 years of experience in customer service or patient care roles
preferred
Basic knowledge of healthcare or wellness practices is a plus
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability
to prioritize tasks effectively
Great empathy and a friendly, approachable demeanor
