Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Scientist IV to join a
collaborative research team focused on early childhood policy and
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support research projects on early childhood policy and
systems, focusing on childcare and early learning workforce
issues
Design and implement mixed-methods studies using national and state
administrative data, as well as qualitative methods
Conduct advanced statistical analyses and manage large, complex
datasets
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience
PhD in psychology, human development and family studies,
educational policy, sociology, or a related field preferred
Advanced proficiency in dataset management and analytics using
Stata, R, or other statistical software
Experience analyzing national datasets related to early childhood,
childcare, or family studies
Demonstrated experience translating quantitative findings for both
academic and non-academic audiences
