A company is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead and
elevate their Business Intelligence function.
Key Responsibilities
Champion AI/ML-powered analytics to deliver predictive and
real-time insights
Lead and mentor a high-performing Data team while fostering a
culture of AI-first curiosity
Own and evolve the analytics stack, ensuring high standards in data
governance and quality
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence,
or data strategy
8+ years of experience leading and scaling teams strategically and
tactically
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data
frameworks into business actions
Fluency in using AI/ML tools for measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of modern data architecture, including AI/ML
tools and cloud data warehouses
