Job Description:

We are looking for a collector experienced with consumer loan delinquencies. You will collect on and monitor consumer loan accounts five days past due until they are closed through payment arrangements, extensions, and other methods of curing or satisfying the loans. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Collection of past due Consumer loans over 5 days delinquent. Making phone calls, referral for repossession, legal, and field chase request.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to all member inquiries in reference to their past due accounts. Perform account reconciliation, payment history and educate our members about their responsibilities, and the importance of keeping their account current.
• Discover and analysis the member's reason for the delinquency, offer payment arrangements and deferments to help keep their accounts current.
• Perform skip tracing to locate member and/or collateral. -EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: -One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Windows, Excel, Word and knowledge of FDCPA. -
