Job Description:
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote
Advanced Care Specialist.
Must be able to:
Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made
Consistently answer emails concerning patients' needs in a timely
manner
Follow through on emails/phone calls until patient is taken care
of
Qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year in health care administrative, financial, or insurance
customer services, claims, billing, etc
Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical
supplies environment that routinely bills insurance
