We are seeking a Commercial Lines insurance agent to join our team in servicing our existing clients and welcoming our new clients. We need a person strong in customer service/sales and focused on helping our clients. insurance experience is required. Candidate must be Bil lingual: English/Spanish We Provide you with: Salary + Commission Health Insurance Paid Vacation Days Paid Sick Days Paid Holidays Casual Business Environment (Fridays are Jean Day) State of the Art Equipment - Dual monitors and paperless Environment Well Organized Management System (TAM) Primary Responsibilities: Counsel and advise prospect clients on matters of insurance protection and coverage Obtain information, complete quotes and applications (Acords) and finalize sales submissions Cross-sell to existing and new accounts, and package insurance policies. Client satisfaction must be a priority. Provides service to existing clients, including but not limited to issuing of certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items. Communicate directly with clients, real estate agents, escrows, mortgages and insurance companies. Keep accurate and detailed records in our management system (TAM) Accomplish company production goals Requirements: Have current California P&C license. Bil lingual English/Spanish Familiar working with agency management systems Experience working with commercial lines companies and general agents Team player, responsible, able to multi-task under pressure Punctual, honest, and reliable Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $25 - $28 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
