Description:Primary role of job will be reading construction plans and catching errors to relay back to Planning team 90% of planning done in-house working with drawings from Google mapsAble to read blueprint/drawing; more administration focused, need to file documentations correctly Able to tell what information is missing from utility drawings (eg. Water line, gas line)Will be responsible for updating spreadsheet; following field crew; tracking records Will be communicating with Utility customers over phone/emailWill help create submittals, RFIs, Proposals, Change Orders Will support estimating and engineering team on larger projects that have special requirements or deliverablesSkills:Blueprint, Microsoft excel, Google maps, civil construction, as built, Construction planning, Utility plan, Red lineTop Skills Details:construction plans blueprints ExcelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Strong Excel skillsExperience reading construction plans is idealExperience Level:Intermediate LevelIf you are interested in this role, please send an updated Word Document version of your resume to Amanda Feltenberg at afeltenberg@aerotek.com.
