Job Description:
Mission Recruiting proudly represents a national law firm that
is expanding its California general liability practice and adding
attorneys at multiple levels. This is a hands-on litigation role
with meaningful responsibility and a hybrid schedule (2 days in the
office) that keeps office time focused and remote days productive.
Own general liability defense matters from early strategy through
resolution Draft pleadings, written discovery, and substantive
motions Take and defend depositions, including expert discovery as
needed Partner on case strategy, reporting, and client
communication Manage deadlines, filings, and day-to-day case
organization Salary range: $150,000 to $195,000, plus bonus
potential and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision,
