Job Description:
ABOUT THE TEAM Anduril’s Maritime Division, one of Anduril’s
fastest growing divisions, has assembled a diverse team of experts
in software, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and
data analysis to create software and hardware solutions that
radically evolve the capabilities of our customers. We are fielding
the next generation of autonomous systems to tackle the extremely
challenging industry demands of maritime operations. Anduril has
brought to market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth
underwater vessel platform and a completely refreshed maritime
vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from
"small" to "extra-large" vehicle sizes. Today, Anduril is executing
on billion-dollar contracts while simultaneously performing
Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) AUV operations. We are seeking to sustain
our early successes with deep investment in an expanded product
portfolio. These products, including Dive-XL, Dive-LD, Copperhead,
Seabed Sentry, and other unannounced systems, will deliver a
coherent system-of-systems, enabling the end-to-end conduct of a
variety of autonomous missions in the maritime domain. If you are
passionate about solving problems that have real impact and working
on systems that directly contribute to achieving national strategic
priorities, we want you to join Anduril’s Maritime Division and
help us build the future of defense capability. ABOUT THE JOB We
are seeking a Production & Supply Chain Operations Lead to join our
rapidly growing Maritime Division Operations team in Costa Mesa, CA
. This critical role is dedicated to enhancing our strategic supply
chain and production capabilities, acting as a vital connective
tissue across multiple business lines and stakeholders within the
Maritime Division. While maintaining the characteristic 'Swiss Army
knife' approach of Division Operations, this role will have a
specific focus on driving strategic projects related to supply
chain resilience, product profitability, production efficiency, and
systems integration for our cutting-edge maritime platforms. You'll
be instrumental in building out the robust infrastructure required
to scale Anduril's Maritime Division into the largest and most
mature production operation at the company, ensuring we meet
aggressive growth targets and deliver on our mission to reshape
defense capabilities. WHAT YOU’LL DO Act as connective tissue
across strategic supply chain and production efforts , primarily
those involving multiple Business Lines (BL's) within the Division.
The scope of responsibility includes orchestrating complex
cross-functional initiatives (e.g., across projects like long-term
supply agreements, cost savings, strategic partnerships), ensuring
seamless coordination, providing a single source of truth for data,
unifying communication, and driving projects to successful outcomes
from initial strategy to post-negotiation commitment or
implementation of a new system/process. Design and implement
scalable processes and operating models for multi-BL engagements,
including strategic supplier management, multi-BL production site
operations, and future risk-reduction and planning strategies. Lead
projects focused on systems integration and process mapping to
optimize the golden thread between platforms like Salesforce and
Oracle, leveraging data effectively, and supporting the buildout
resilient systems across Division production teams, CorpTech, and
corporate production. Support dual-source de-risking efforts by
initiating supplier qualification or in-house development projects,
assembling the necessary scope, and aligning technical, product,
and production stakeholders. Coordinate and prepare for executive
leadership meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action
items, and ensuring follow-through on strategic supply chain and
production initiatives. Support our corporate planning cycle by
helping to build out and monitor performance against goals,
financial plans, and headcount plans related to production and
supply chain capacity. Serve as the division's operational Swiss
Army knife for strategic supply chain and production challenges ,
tackling critical initiatives that require rapid execution and
problem-solving. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 8 years of work experience
in operations, project management, or consulting, with significant
project experience in supply chain and/or production environments,
ideally complemented by an engineering or technical background. You
love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a
people-centric way. You’re both high ownership and low ego,
approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high
humility. Comfortable with radical autonomy: you'll receive a
problem statement and expected outcome, then own everything in
between. You get energy from being a thought partner for others and
it excites you to spend time translating operational problems into
data problems, and to then going and executing on them. You’re
discerning and an incredibly fast learner with ability to
context-switch between different geographies and stakeholders.
You’re tactical and don’t only sit at a 30,000 foot level. Eligible
to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience operating within or consulting
for hyper-growth technology companies, demonstrating an ability to
navigate and build processes in rapidly scaling environments.
