Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to
provide technical support for Enterprise Imaging Radiology and
Cardiology customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
of imaging equipment
Install, configure, and relocate medical imaging systems, ensuring
compliance with specifications
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with health
and safety regulations
Required Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining imaging hardware and
software
Technical training or certification related to medical imaging
systems
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in healthcare
settings
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Experience in customer service and relationship management
