An information technology company specializing in cybersecurity
has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support
Representative. Core Responsibilities of this position
include:Communicating with the clients of Access Server, our
cutting-edge corporate VPN solution used by thousands of businesses
worldwideAssisting and providing insight to ensure successful
implementation and prompt troubleshootingCommunicating with
clients, primarily through messages in our online support ticket
systemPosition Requirements Include: Good understanding of
networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Layer 3 etc)Middle sysadmin/support
skillsAbility to use WireShark and tcpdumpKnowledge of ssh, .x509
PKI, HTTPS, VPNKnowledge of Auth and MFA/2FA systems, for example,
RADIUS, LDAP, AD, PAM, GAuth, Duo, YubiKey, RSAUnderstanding of
Linux-based OS's (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Debian, etc.), modern
Windows & macOS/OSX systems
