Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available to support
school-based services in Long Beach, CA. This contract role focuses
on providing therapeutic interventions and assessments within an
educational setting, with an initial assignment covering a
maternity leave starting in January and the potential for
extension. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy
services across 8 school sites, collaborating with another OT to
meet student needs. Conduct assessments and support Individualized
Education Program (IEP) development. Manage Special Education
Information System (SEIS) documentation accurately. Provide
in-person therapy sessions Monday through Friday during school
hours, with start times as early as 7:35 AM and dismissal as late
as 3:20 PM. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
experience in school-based settings. Proficient in conducting
assessments and documenting in SEIS. Strong knowledge of IEP
processes and special education regulations. Availability to work
full-time on-site across multiple school locations. Must hold OT
credentials; candidates with COTA licensure are not considered for
this role. Location:Long Beach, California services will be
delivered across multiple school sites within the region. This
opportunity is ideal for experienced OTs seeking a contract
