Client Assistance: Support clients with transfers and repositioning in beds, wheelchairs, or other surfaces using gait belts, slide boards, or mechanical lifts (when available). Team Lifts: Perform two-person assists for clients who require full support or cannot bear weight. Mobility Support: Push or pull wheelchairs, occupied beds, or medical equipment across various surfaces (e.g., carpet, tile, ramps), which may require up to 75 lbs of initial force. Movement & Endurance: Be comfortable with kneeling, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods throughout your shift. JOB REQUIREMENTS Professional caregiving experience: At least 1 year [those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered] Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA) (If not, we'll show you how!) Eligibility to work in the US Salary Description $22.00-$24.50/hr ONLY APPLY IF YOU: Have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
