$29.15 - $32.70/hr* *Salary range is contingent upon relatable
experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a

responsibilities such as report writing, documentation, parent
communication, and some supervision may be completed virtually.

Behavior Intervention Supervisor , you will support ABA programs
for young children across clinic, school, and home settings. You’ll
work under the guidance of BCBAs to help ensure effective, ethical,
and data-driven services while building your own clinical skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to
support positive outcomes for each client Assist in developing,
updating, and maintaining individualized treatment plans Evaluate
client strengths and skill deficits using data and standardized
assessments Analyze challenging behaviors and help implement
functionally relevant interventions Observe treatment sessions and
support program adjustments as needed Help monitor treatment
integrity and clinical quality Provide coaching and support to
behavior technicians under BCBA guidance Maintain accurate
documentation and HIPAA compliance You’ll Be Great at This If You
Have A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Actively pursuing
BCBA certification At least 1–2 years of hands-on ABA or behavior
therapy experience A strong desire to grow clinically and work
toward BCBA credentialing Strong organization and communication
skills A positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate
auto insurance Ability to clear background checks and TB
