Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and process resource requests and referrals for members
seeking counseling services
Respond to provider requests and verify resources for each intake
while collaborating with team members
Recruit service providers and maintain relationships with internal
and external personnel
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration,
Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
3 years of clinical operations support experience in behavioral
healthcare or similar environment
Knowledge of health insurance products and HIPAA regulations
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and database
applications
Basic proficiency with case management systems
