Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Claims and Benefits
Configuration to lead a team managing plan and benefit
configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Own and prioritize Configuration operations roadmaps to implement
and improve operational processes
Utilize data to drive business decisions and develop KPIs to
measure effectiveness
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
10+ years of experience in health plan operations, health
insurance, or data analysis
7+ years of experience in building and developing technical or
operational teams within healthcare
6+ years of experience in analytics and deriving insights from
complex datasets
Experience in health plan configuration, specifically benefit
concepts
