Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premium Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Benefits Premium Operations team, providing
coaching and performance feedback
Oversee training, staffing decisions, and process improvements to
enhance efficiency and quality
Act as a liaison for audits and maintain relationships with
internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or related work
experience preferred
Group insurance experience strongly preferred
At least 2 years of experience in people management
Working knowledge of accounting frameworks and financial
concepts
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams towards
achieving goals
