Job Title: Clinical Nutrition ManagerSodexo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our team at PIH Health Hospital in Downey, CA. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Clinical Nutrition Department and managing a team of 6 in all areas of patient care.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Clinical Nutrition Services Department and clinical team
• Represent the department at meetings and patient conferences
• Ensure consistency in day-to-day management and nutritional functions
• Ensure unit level, corporate, employee relations, safety, training, and unit operating systems compliance
• Be patient-focused to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Be actively involved in Diversity Awareness
• Drive HCAHPS scores and patient satisfaction to meet or exceed set targets
• Work closely with the management team to meet the needs of Sodexo and the clientRequirements:
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practiceWhat We Offer:
