Job SummarySodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to serve as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at PIH Health Hospital in Downey, CA. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in acute care and leadership experience.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Nutrition Department and manage a team of 6 in all areas of patient care.
• Represent the department at meetings and patient conferences.
• Ensure consistency in day-to-day management and nutritional functions.
• Ensure unit level, corporate, employee relations, safety, training, and unit operating systems compliance.
• Be patient-focused to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Be actively involved in Diversity Awareness and driving HCAHPS scores and patient satisfaction.Requirements
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
