Marketing Manger, Commerical Financing Solutions

Reporting to KSEA's Executive Director, Commercial Financing Solutions, the Commercial Financing Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for providing marketing leadership for the Commercial vertical.

The role is responsible for participating in the further development of the Commercial vertical programs and offerings, developing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns that generate demand and drive growth and staying abreast of market and customer trends to optimize KSEA's offering.

Essential Functions
---

  • Develop annual marketing plans and commercialization strategies to support growth goals of the vertical and the business, and establish and track metrics to monitor performance
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to inform product positioning and to identify new required capabilities
  • Support the definition of KSEA strategic Commercial Financing offerings that meet customers' current and evolving needs and strengthen our position in the marketplace
  • Design and deploy clear and cohesive roll out of programs to external and internal customers
  • Create messaging, campaigns and marketing materials
  • Solicit input from KSEA stakeholders and customers for insights, input and ideas on how to optimize current offers
  • Work collaboratively across all US corporate functions, including Enterprise Sales & Service, Revenue Operations, other Marketing segments, Medical Affairs and partner with global colleagues as needed on development of value-added services programs related to Financing solutions
  • Drive sales force training to support financing, leasing and rental offering and grow attachment rate
  • Interpret and integrate complex, marketplace data into decisions that drive productivity and performance
  • Other duties as required.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree required - MBA preferred.
    • Required experience in product marketing: 5+ years. (medical a plus)
    • Experience in financing solutions is preferred
    • Experience with revenue generation models around XaaS is a plus
    • Experience managing marketing strategy Health Systems and ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) space is a plus
    • Experience collaborating across a matrixed organization to achieve results
    • Effective presentation skills with ability to communicate clearly.

    • Ability to multi-task
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Power Point, and Excel.
