Job Description:

Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products' in-house Trading Desk is looking for a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager. Reporting to the head of Programmatic, you will be a hands-on keyboard programmatic buyer for our Disneyland businesses. You will have direct responsibility for running programmatic campaigns from campaign execution to optimization. You will also manage 1-2 Traders.

We manage all programmatic and ad operations work in-house and self-service. You will work in several platforms including DV360, Verizon/Yahoo DSP, and Amazon DSP amongst others. Our media buys include most forms of programmatically available inventory display, streaming, native, audio, DOOH, and in-app. We also work across the full funnel from branding to direct response. You will partner closely with our in-house Ad Operations team who manages the ad trafficking.

This position will report to Sr Manager Customer Engagement-Programmatic Activation

Responsibilities :
You Will

  • Manage programmatic buys supporting branding and direct response across platforms like Google, Verizon, Amazon, and more
  • Regular review and optimization of campaigns across revenue, performance indicators, and budget pacing
  • Analyze performance and unique opportunities to understand value provided by DSPs and other vendors
  • Design tests to evaluate DSP platforms and varying campaign strategies
  • Work with our teams to create optimization strategies that align with campaign goals, delivery, and performance
  • Provide performance and audience insights for partner-facing campaign performance reports
  • Help lead supply analysis and essential partner relationship development (PMPs)
  • Advance programmatic mobile, video, and native strategies
  • Manage 1-2 Traders on the Programmatic teamHigh-level estimated time allocation:
    • 45% - Campaign launch, management, and optimization
    • 25% - Budget forecasting and build plan strategies
    • 15% - Lead and develop Cast
    • 10% - Assist answering executive requests and guide special projects (e.g., CPM analysis, technology reviews, trading desk overviews)
    • 5% - Dedicated time for learning and building skills working with essential partners and teammates to master existing process and chart out new technologies and opportunities

      Basic Qualifications :
      You Will Have
      • 5+ years digital marketing experience
      • Self-service experience with demand-side platforms and ad servers
      • Understanding of programmatic ecosystem including supply-side platforms / ad exchanges, data management platforms, brand safety partners, data partners, and publishers
      • Any Marketing, Business, Programming, Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science degree/background is a plus.

        Required Education :
        Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
