PurposeThe Senior Analyst, Integration Management plays a key role in the Integration Management Office (IMO) applying a strategic mindset and a collaborative working style to achieve strategic growth objectives by leading informed and successful acquistition, transition and reorganization decisions. -The senior analyst is involved in integrations that span numerous months with high intensity at times. -This role will deliver proactive project management and business support, with a high degree of change management to the functional teams engaged in the integration. -AccountabilitiesAssist with solution discovery, business needs anaylsis, conceptual design, planning and scoping, cost and benefit analysis. -Responsilbe for stakeholder mapping and team coordination and communications - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Provide business process expertise, and project management skills to ensure the funcational integration teams are on track and moving the integration forward accordingly - - - - - - - - -Design and implement best practice change management across the full implementation cycle - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Engage with third-parties to understand the evolution of the best practice for the core capabilities - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Support all change management efforts and act as change agents for the program by demonstrating positive, visible support of the program and its objectives. -Communicate with key stakeholders - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Actively participate in issue resolution - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Validate functional team reports and sythesize consolidated reporting pack. -Through project tracker responsible for ensuring timelineness of responses and preparation of summary reports - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Various analytical needs as required - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Other duties as requiredEducation and ExperienceMastery of specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice or expertise across several different disciplines within a function or several different job areas across functions - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Bachelor degree or equivalent - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -5-10 years of experience - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -PMP certification and prior PM experience an asset; -management consulting or equivalent corporate experience a plusYears of ExperienceAlgonquin Power & Utilities Corp. is a growing renewable energy and utility company with over $15 billion -of assets across North America and internationally.
