Asst. Estate/Property Manager And Concierge

We're seeking a Los Angeles-based, hardworking individual, ready to work in a dynamic and growing company. As an Assistant Estate Manager and Concierge, this team member will assist in taking meticulous care of clients' luxury homes, as well as fulfilling unique, concierge requests.

Potential candidates are passionate, flexible, outgoing, resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused problem solvers. They have great communication skills, the utmost discretion, and a strong desire to work in the luxury industry. They enjoy a working environment with a mix of autonomy and teamwork, where no two days are exactly alike.

Your work will take place at our office in Beverly Hills, onsite at luxury estates in the L.A. area, or remotely from your home. Competitive pay, flexible schedule, paid vacation/holidays. A very fun, and knowledgeable team who are excited to welcome you on board!

--- Conduct routine walkthroughs of client estates to ensure home and property are safe, secure, and in tip-top shape. Report any notable issues, along with actionable solutions.
--- Conduct detailed pre-arrival inspections and preparations for client visits, including testing home features and systems (appliances, HVAC, technology, plumbing, security, lighting, etc.), ensuring immaculate cleanliness, scheduling/managing needed service providers and attending to client requests, such as shopping for groceries, arranging floral deliveries, sourcing private chefs, etc.
--- Provide support and management for short-term client-leased estates, including move-in and move-out projects (load-in/load-out, luxury hotel-style staging, supply ordering, damage inspections, cleanings, etc.)
--- Manage estate issues and projects (onsite and remote) including sourcing and scheduling vetted, top-notch service providers (plumbers, electricians, I.T. technicians, landscapers, etc.) to swiftly address repairs and needs.
--- Prepare homes for real estate showings to create a sense of inviting warmth and luxury, akin to a 5-star hotel, by scheduling touch-ups for home, pool, and landscaping, setting lighting to optimal levels, powering up movie theaters, and ambient music, coordinating floral installs, turning on property's water features, cordially greeting agents and prospective buyers, etc.
--- Develop and/or improve estate management inspection checklists to best achieve objectives, ensuring each is structured efficiently, issues can be captured and no details are missed.
--- Assist and supervise client events (load-in/load-out, guest activity, etc.) and arrange and coordinate onsite vendor services as needed (generators, portable restrooms, on-call plumbers, electricians, etc.).
--- Assist with concierge-related requests including dining reservations, entertainment, luxury tours and excursions, special purchases, recreational activities, nightlife experiences, spa and beauty appointments, auto needs, travel services, medical services, referral research, errands, and more.
--- Regularly communicate with the team, record updates, and track progress via Slack, Asana, Monday, and Alice software.
--- Reviewing and updating task timelines and notes via project management software.
--- Responding quickly to important communication via phone, email, and text.

--- 1+ years working with luxury homes or property (property management, interior design, construction, real estate, etc.) or hotels (concierge, front office, etc.)
--- Bachelor or Associate degree
--- Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
--- Eager to ask questions in order to gain a better understanding
--- A constant drive to improve the experience for our clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
--- A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility
--- Your schedule is flexible and will be willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary
--- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
--- Willing to submit a background check and reference check
--- Able to submit proof that you're fully vaccinated against COVID-19

--- Knowledge/expertise of Los Angeles, including dining, hotels, activities, entertainment, attractions, etc.
--- Knowledge/expertise of luxury goods
--- A keen eye for aesthetics
--- Well-traveled
--- Sense of humor
--- Bilingual or Spanish speaking proficiency
