Your responsibilities · Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of field installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time. · Assess installation requirements to guarantee the right staff, tools, and equipment are in place for success. · Oversee ECAM’s fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, inspected, and compliant with all regulations. · Collaborate with it, the monitoring center, and third-party vendors to resolve on-site hardware and software challenges swiftly. · Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier technicians across the region. · Prioritize and coordinate projects to maximize team efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Manage subcontractor relationships, setting clear expectations and evaluating performance. · Deliver engaging training programs on ECAM processes, products, service standards, health & safety, and certifications. · Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and address issues constructively to support professional growth. · Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, empowering employees to enhance customer experiences. · Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on support during installations when needed. · Address customer concerns strategically and safely, ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently with minimal overtime. · Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, reducing rework and maximizing satisfaction. · Identify, source, and manage the tools, equipment, and parts needed to support high-quality, timely installations. · Oversee warehouse operations and coordinate transportation logistics for nationwide deliveries. · Contribute to the annual field operations budget and track performance against financial and operational goals. · Deliver clear, actionable updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. · Perform other duties as assigned.
