We’re looking for a Service Selling Technician who is not only a skilled HVAC professional, but also a confident closer. In this hybrid role, you’ll diagnose system issues, educate customers on repair vs. replacement, and actively drive new system sales. What You’ll Do: Deliver expert HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems. Educate customers on system conditions and guide them through repair or replacement decisions. Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems. Provide customers with the correct solutions for their HVAC needs, including repair vs. replace options. Identify and generate sales for full system replacements. Meet or exceed establish sales goals. Sell and perform large-ticket repairs when it’s the right solution for the customer. Utilize Service Titan systems to review data and continuously improve conversion rates. Provide 5-star customer service and build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Five plus years of experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems Mechanical aptitude EPA & NATE certified preferred. Experience servicing Lennox equipment a plus. Ability to take and follow directions from management and can work independently. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds. Successfully pass background check and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record pursuant to company standards. Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights. Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold.
