As a Quality Inspectors you will: Collaborate closely with the lead or supervisor during final inspections Select jobs for inspection based on priority and production schedule Match parts with their corresponding shop traveler documentation Carefully remove finished products from hooks and racks, ensuring no damage Handle parts gently to prevent surface scratches or “metal-to-metal” contact Verify that plated items meet customer specifications and quality standards Report any defective parts to the lead or supervisor for evaluation and next steps Use magnification tools, such as microscopes, when required for detailed inspection Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and digital entries, including traveler forms, Webapp scans, and rejection logs Support other departments as needed, including masking, receiving, and wiring This is a full time opportunity. We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Overtime required. Temp-to-hire. 1st shift- 5am-1:30pm 2nd shift- 1pm-9:30pm 3rd shift- 9pm-5:30am The Ideal Candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic ability to interpret engineering drawings Comfortable with computer-based tasks, including data entry Strong problem-solving capabilities Able to read and write in English at a functional level Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Team player who communicates well across departments Works collaboratively to support product development and delivery Maintains professionalism and respectful interactions in the workplace Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, plating, and quality Bilingual in Spanish and English Pay is $18/hr *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
