execution of your team's roadmap and be accountable for consistent,

them both internally and externallySkills and Requirements
Include:2+ years of experience building and leading machine
learning teams5+ years of experience building clean, maintainable,
and well-tested codeAbility to translate complex technical concepts
into simple ideas depending on the audienceExperience with machine
learning, big data and streaming data approaches in large data
scale organizationsExperience with building metrics-driven machine
learning functionsAbility to scale up their teams to identify your
team's needs, write job descriptions, source, interview, and help
close candidates
