Job Description:
A thriving community hospital located on the Southern California
Coast are seeking an OB Hospitalist to work an average of 7,
24-hour shifts per month. This hospital averages 1-2 deliveries per
24-hour shift and offers the option of employed with full benefits
or 1099. The Position: • Community Hospital averages 2K deliveries
per year and has a Level III, 22-bed NICU, state-of-the-art birth
center, and 2 da Vinci Robots • Position is 80% OB and 20% GYN,
mostly covering unassigned deliveries and signed out OB patients •
Work between 6-8, 24-hour shifts per month • Low-volume: 1-2
deliveries per 24-hour shift • Compensation package includes an
hourly rate pf $200/hr with total income into the $400K range,
$250/hr for 1099 • Temporary Housing Stipends up to 6 months, up to
$500K in down payment assistance, Sign-on/Relocation up to $45K,
