Job Description Summary Assist the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership staff as the Fraternity and Sorority Life Student Lead. The main purpose of the Fraternity and Sorority Life Lead is to promote and gain exposure for the Fraternity and Sorority Life Community. Minimum Qualifications - Meet and maintain a 2.0 GPA for the semester and cumulative - Positive attitude and friendly - Must be an initiated member of a ULV -recognized social fraternity or sorority - Organization and time management - Must be comfortable and capable of interacting and speaking in public settings and facilitating meetings - Must be a current ULV student. Preferred Qualifications - Ability to know, understand and work with University of La Verne policies and procedures - Good oral and written communication skills - Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations - Good oral and written communication skills - Experience utilizing Canva, MailChimp, and other design platforms Work Schedule Office hours are Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional changes for events. Schedule is dependent on students’ availability and Federal Work Study award. Student employees will work an average of 5 to 11 hours per week.
