Our client is the nations largest regional education agency. They are seeking Office Assistants to support their team and provide general clerical tasks to maintain their busy work environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of providing Office Support
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as an Office Assistant
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Typing at least 35 - 40 wpm
  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette
  • Customer Service Experience Job Requirements: Job Requirements
    Job duties include:
    • Keep the office stocked with needed office supplies
    • Maintain office filing and storage systems
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintain office equipment, and office assignments
    • Assist with general office administrative work
    • Maintaining office filing and recordkeeping systems
    • Maintain office filing and recordkeeping systems
    • Assist with all general office duties
    • Perform general office duties such as copying, typing and filing
    • Maintain office medical records and other location filing
    • Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry

    • Manage various office files and supplies

    • Reproduce and create office correspondence and routes office correspondence
